I’ve has spent my career designing what’s next for business, and life strengthening neuroscience backed intuitive intelligence, walking the path between science and magic. I blend modern and human intelligence and technologies to inform strategy, and innovation, backed by academic professionally qualified rigour and refined in 20 years in corporate boardrooms. I lead and guide transformation for people, teams, and businesses, unlocking insight, meaning, creativity, and new possibilities. 

We’re living in a time of artificial intelligence. But what we need most is to equally advance intuitive intelligence and connect it to our operating system, as I believe it will be the unlock to what we haven’t created yet for ourselves and businesses, and together, technology and intuition can be the gateway to our collective progress. I own two businesses to guide our future in this way. A consulting practice, Possibilism, to future proof yourself and business in the new era, and also Elementology, the space to advance concepts and tools for how we can work with the part of our brain that works at 11M bits per second, bridging the two in scientifically proven ways.

I have led every technological transformation for global businesses from the digital era, social era and now AI Era, while training, coaching and mentoring people to transform too. A lifelong studier of intuitive intelligence, an award winning foresight strategist in business, and spent two decades helping major global brands shape the future, including launching my own app, and most recently, a first-of-its-kind AI product. I believe in a future where we bridge the gap between optimization and originality. Repetition and inspiration. To unlock what’s next for people and businesses.

I teach the methods of connected intelligence for self and creativity, and educate how to leverage technology for modern impact without sacrificing meaning. I’ve led, coached and mentored individuals and businesses in personal sessions, group sessions, consulting and on stage as a trusted industry thought leader.
